Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to donation commitments, recurring donations, registrations, volunteer submissions and online requests made through the Progressive Life Center website.

One-Time Donation Cancellation

Once a one-time donation is successfully processed, it cannot usually be cancelled. Donors may request a review under the Refund Policy if the donation was made by mistake or due to a technical issue.

Recurring Donation Cancellation

If recurring donations are enabled, donors may request cancellation of future donations by contacting Progressive Life Center with their registered details and donation reference information.

Volunteer or Form Submission Cancellation

Users who wish to withdraw a volunteer application, enquiry or submitted request may contact the organisation through the official contact details provided on the website.

Processing Time

Cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable time. Requests already processed before cancellation confirmation may not be reversible.

Important Note

Cancellation of a future request does not automatically refund a completed payment. Any refund-related request will be handled as per the Refund Policy.
